Agreements
Could all cast and crew read through the Participation Agreement and organise to have schedules 1 and 2 signed/witnessed and returned to us the next time you see either Luke or myself (David).
For those cast and crew who have indicated that they are willing to Invest in the project, the crunch time to make a decision is now.
Investors should read through the Funding Agreement and organise to have schedules 1 and 2 signed/witnessed and returned to us.
Note: Investors who fall under the public category can find more information out about this project before committing by signing the NDA Agreement.
When we receive an agreement, we will;
(a) sign the agreement on behalf of Thorn Productions;
(b) file schedule 2; and
(c) return the agreement and schedule 1 back to you for your records.
Non Disclosure Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to provide people who are interested in getting involved with this project access to the screenplay while they evaluate the other agreements. It also protects us by ensuring that the only information published in the WILD is through proper channels.

Participation Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to provide those who are volunteering time as Cast or Crew or Both with terms and conditions that protects the production schedule of this project. It also protects other volunteers from waisting their time if someone does not show up.

Funding Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to provide those who wish to invest finances into the production costs of this project with a potential ROI through terms and conditions. If an individual hands over finances for the project and does not sign this agreement, those finances will be accepted as a donation.
